"regularly" here means at least once a week.
Drugs which are used as an off-label treatment for ADHD count too e.g. (Wellbutrin).
If he just got a prescription on November 30th it still counts as Yes.
If he is on medication for a while but he doesn't take any after November 20th, this will resolve No.
If he stops giving us updates on his drug use, I will try to use my best judgement.
