This market resolves to the date that a charging document is made public, charging any person with criminal homicide as defined in Utah Code Ann. § 76-5-201 (2), where the charging document identifies Charlie Kirk, by name or by initials. This resolves based on the first person charged, regardless of whether the charges are later dropped. The person must be charged as a principal (i.e., someone solely charged as an accessory to murder or with conspiracy to commit murder will not qualify). All times are in Eastern Time.

This market will resolve N/A if no person is charged after the last date range has passed.

Should there be a dispute, the rules provided will control over the answer to the question itself. While, the question is intended to provide an easy way for people to bet on their beliefs, it is not the end all be all, and all traders should look at the rules. Please don't hesitate to ask clarifying questions in the comments. In the unlikely event of significant ambiguity regarding whether the resolution criteria have been met.
