@EricNeyman How do you get this model to produce a number - something more precise than "Toss Up"?

@RyanCarey scroll all the way down. Next to district 91, it says Toss-Up and then a number in parentheses. That's the probability that it places on the favorite. It currently gives him 55%.

He has a better chance than I thought. If someone bribes me I will reveal my information.

I hope he makes it, and think it would be good for Florida as well as the world – but >60% seemed a bit high.
