By the Author's description on their profile which states IST as the default timezone. May in IST passed ~10 hours ago, leading me and (likely) vee to buy 100anom.
By the close date, which ends in 2 hours. Jack bought up shares for this date which is another interpretation.
The creator's description states "All timed markets resolve in IST (Indian Standard Time) timezone, unless otherwise stated. I'm a bean now!". May 31st has already ended in IST.
The inclusion of "most by the end of May 2026?" and not "market close" makes me think that they meant IST.

All markets have a close time, so the author's description would be a vacuous statement if close time mattered.
