Examples of non-stupid announcements: saying he's seriously ill, announcing his resignation, he has a budget proposal for Congress

If the event is cancelled and he doesn't communicate the contents of the announcement to us via some other means (e.g. a Truth) on the same day, I'll resolve to N/A.
