1) I didn’t think of it. If no objection is raised from position holders, I’d like to resolve this to NA. “2035~” seems to be off to me.
2) Resolves automatically to 2035+. I won’t extend the deadline.
Therefore, this question should be resolved as following:
Any country joins before 2035 -> resolves to appropriate choice.
No country joins before 2035 and UN exists at 2035 -> resolves to 2035~
UN stop to exist before 2035 -> na
