Which map does Texas use in Nov 2026?
YES if any U.S. House district boundary in Texas differs from 2024; otherwise NO.
YES:
Resolves YES if, on Election Day for the Nov 2026 U.S. House general in Texas, the congressional boundaries differ in any way from those used in Nov 2024.
Includes legislature-enacted, court-ordered, interim, or partial maps.
Any change counts.
NO:
Resolves NO if the exact same boundaries from Nov 2024 are used in the Nov 2026 general.
NO if a new map is enacted but not used, or if changes are purely administrative (precinct merges, coding fixes, or district renumbering with identical lines).
NO if a different map is used only for the primary while the general uses the 2024 boundaries.
N/A:
Resolves N/A only if Texas does not hold a statewide U.S. House general election within 2026.
Includes if it is postponed past Dec 31, 2026 or canceled.
Resolution based on Texas Secretary of State certified 2026 general maps/listings & relevant court orders and AP or Texas Tribune reporting.
Post-election disputes that change winners but not boundaries do not affect resolution.
