Resolves YES if Manifold makes a leaderboard which ranks users by how much they have donated over a certain period of time, at any point in 2023. This leaderboard much be on the "Leaderboards" page, accessible from it, or as easily accessible as it.
"As easily accessible" means it requires the same # of clicks or fewer to get there from the homepage. Currently it takes 2 clicks to get to the "Leadboards" page (Home -> Sitemap -> Leaderboards).
