While "being VP of Biden at any point in 2025, including before inauguration" seems like by far the most sane literal/textual interpretation, the question was evidently unclear enough that most of the market didn't read it that way.

Given how high this market has was in the past, this seems to be the correct interpretation… Nothing has necessarily changed given Biden is not running for reelection.

Pinging @woody again, but @mods will likely have to arbitrate. I would argue in favor of the literal interpretation (being VP of Biden at any point in 2025, including before inauguration). Then it effectively becomes a market on Biden finishing his term.
