Resolution criteria
This market resolves YES if two distinct Millennium Prize Problems have solving dates no more than 365 days apart, and both solving dates occur before the market close.
A problem's solving date is the earliest date on which a complete and correct solution was publicly available online. Correctness may be established retrospectively; subsequent recognition, peer review, or verification does not change the solving date.
More clarifications:
A claimed solution containing a substantive mathematical gap does not count. If such a gap is repaired later using materially new arguments, the solving date is the earliest date on which the complete repaired solution was publicly available.
Recognition by the Clay Mathematics Institute and receipt of a Millennium Prize are not necessary. Whether the problem was "solved" is determined by clear and broadly accepted expert consensus.
“Publicly available online” means accessible to the general public in a timestamped publication, preprint, repository, website, or comparable publicly verifiable source.
The 365-day period doesn't have to fall within the same calendar year.
