Each option resolves YES if Meta publicly releases downloadable weights for any Muse Spark version before the stated deadline , and NO otherwise.

Weights must allow independent use. Standard registration or license acceptance is fine. Announcements, API-only access, selective access, leaks, and other model families do not count.

Resolution is based on official Meta sources and actual weight availability.
