This market will resolve to the option that has the highest number of holders by the market's closing time. [Edit: To clarify, "the highest number of holders" here refers to "Yes" holders. "No" holders do not count.]
Background:
The purpuse is to explore how fact weigh against popular opinion. Obviously, 1+1=2 as a fact. Yet the market may weigh toward a different answer, if it becomes more profitable.
