resolves YES if

• trump retains defacto control of the presidency on January 21 2029 through any means

this market will not depend on if he wins legally, through some sort of legal order, or other means. if he controls the executive office after his term is up, by any means, this will resolve yes. if he is no longer technically president legally, but he still de facto commands the executive branch through military means, this will also resolve YES
