Damn, I was hoping this was in the current April market after I saw the news lol
he mentions kanye is his 'slave name' so we have a 'is obamacare = saying obama' situation, what was the outcome of that @Joshua
was there a decision on this? it seems like it traded high then plummeted due to the discussion in the comments , not sure what the outcome should be cc @SteveSokolowski @ChristopherRandles
i'm probably going to NA if there isnt a clear resolution based on the trader confusion if there isnt a clear outcome
@strutheo I believe the answer is YES. Do a search for the name "Christopher Steele" and decide whether the judgment in his favor qualifies.
@SteveSokolowski Are you taking the view that the case thrown out is one judgement and the order for costs is another judgement?
Case thrown out in Feb so not *in* March.
I don't know what you are looking for so haven't spent time to find out if cost being awarded was pretty much guaranteed in Feb
@SteveSokolowski i think the last question was: did this happen in february and is just being ordered in march, or is the march order a separate action
@strutheo @SteveSokolowski
"If you instigate but then discontinue a claim, the standard rule is that you will be liable to pay your opponent's costs. This rule can sometimes be displaced, but only in exceptional circumstances. It is important to be aware of and to understand this rule before issuing and serving a claim."

If it only gets discontinued when the judge throws it out as cannot succeed, this only makes costs being awarded more likely or similarly likely, I would think.
There will then be a process of looking at defendants costs and deciding what was necessary. Hence a month later there is order for costs rather than immediate.
The question is whether this is mere administration or is the order for costs a "judgement".
Seems more like administration in March than a judgement to me, but I didn't write the requirements for this market.
will start going through to look at evidence and resolve . here is april!

@simoj No, the season actually closes at a random time on April 1st. The February season counted trades made until 6:30 pm on March 1st, so each month's season does technically end in the next month.
@Arky But if he is 7k ahead at end of March and Joshua earns less than 7k in April prior to close of league then Ammon has done the work necessary in March?
