Harvard has committed to test-optional admissions for the class of 2030, but has not confirmed policy for subsequent admissions cycles. The market will resolve Yes if in 2024 the university announces a return to requiring SAT or ACT scores for any future admissions cycle.
Edge cases:
An intermediate policy that encourages but does not mandate submitting scores will resolve No.
A policy that contains exceptions for a small number of applicants (my discretion) will still resolve Yes if it’s characterized in the announcement or major media as a return to required testing.
