"SAT/ACT" = any standardized test, including SAT, ACT, or future variations of those
"for the 2025-6 academic year" = for applications made in that academic year
resolves NO if universities don't accept SAT/ACT for the 2024-5 academic year, but do accept them for the 2025-6 academic year.
resolves N/A if USNWR no longer exists/ranks colleges/etc.
