What should we name that origami mascot thing? BTW I do not work for Manifold Markets. I set resolution of this question for end of year but will resolve it early if a heavy consensus is reached.
This question is managed and resolved by Manifold.

The mascot has been referred to as "Foldy McFoldface" in official communications, "[We could] start an OnlyFans and post exclusive photos of our mascot, Foldy McFoldface."

@cos Can no longer find it, but I remember someone from Manifold saying that was just because it was the funniest one for April Fools? I feel like Foldy is the most practical one that ends up getting used if anything.
Haha that was one part of it! Other reasons:
1. "manifold" means "many; varied; multitude" in English parlance which fits with our mission of making a bajillion prediction markets
2. "manifold" has vague mathematical connotations about something something dimensional space something
3. If you're a good trader, you'll earn a "many-fold" return on investment ;)

Foldy/Foldy McFoldFace currently own 46% of marketshare. Additionally, the MM newsletter mentioned the name in their recent email about a mana shortage: "Start an OnlyFans and post exclusive photos of our mascot, Foldy McFoldface." In the original text I set resolution upon "heavy consensus" or EOY. Any thoughts on the state of this question?
