This market is about whether I will adhere to specific dietary rules until 31 December 2025. It serves as a commitment device to help me lose weight and improve my IBS and NAFLD. I successfully ran a similar market before.

@redcat how is it going?

P.S. - if the answer is that you forgot to resolve this no (I hope it isn't), do me the favor of letting me buy it down before closing it out please. Call it my reward for digging through old markets <3.

@MRME Hey, it's going very well. I'm planning to renew the concept for 2026.

If it was NO I would resolve right away. I sometimes give a heads-up if a resolution is very likely, but otherwise I wouldn't do that.

In general I usually don't abandon personal goals markets. I'm very aware of all the markets I'm running. If I break a commitment and a resolution is due, ai usually resolved right away.

@redcat Congrats to you! That is a tough diet to follow.

I added canned foods to the list, mainly to avoid BPA from canned tomatoes, corn and coconut milk.

@redcat Quick clarification question.

I must at most buy one of each of the following food items per week:

"At most," as I personally understand that phrase in this context, means that achieving 0 to 1 bullet point in the time frame is a success. Achieving 2 or more in the time frame is a miss.

This does not seem to be what the goal aught to be. Did you mean to say "at least"?

I am now a biased stakeholder of YES, so take what I say with a grain of salt, but I don't think traders would be too upset if you updated this wording. That being said, traders should speak up if they disagree with what I think.

@Quroe The goal is that I don't buy more than one single item or set of items (in the case of oranges), per bullet point, per week. If I don't buy any of them it's totally fine. The problem I'm trying to solve here is that I otherwise tend to, for example, buy a large net of oranges and eat them all in a day.

So the phrasing is correct, right? I'm not a native speaker btw.

@redcat Oh, then everything looks correct. Thanks for clarifying! ๐Ÿ˜Š

bought แน€5 YES

I'm sure it'll be difficult, but I have faith

Does this resolve to NO if you fail once?
