
This market is about whether I will adhere to specific dietary rules until 31 December 2025. It serves as a commitment device to help me lose weight and improve my IBS and NAFLD. I successfully ran a similar market before.
Rules:
Baseline Rule:
I must not buy the following food items:
Any drinks besides water, decaf coffee, and tea
Fast food
Sweets
Flour and baked goods, including pasta, except those made from buckwheat or spelt
High-fat dairy products, except pure yogurt or kefir
Red meat or sausages
Sugar, honey, or syrups
Sweet spreads, including peanut or almond butter with added sugar
Cereals
Canned food
Limited Purchase Rule:
I may buy at most one of each of the following food items per week:
Flour or baked goods (only buckwheat or spelt)
2 oranges
2 medium high-sugar fruits, one large high-sugar fruit, or one glass of applesauce (no added sugar)
Light cheese
Dark chocolate (85% or higher cocoa content)
I may buy at most one of each of the following food items per month:
1-2 glasses (250g) of peanutbutter without added sugar, in organic quality
1-2 glasses (250g) of almondbutter "
Exemptions:
No rules apply on one day of each calendar month.
No rules apply when inviting someone for dinner or buying food items for others.
While using the Cara Care app, I may deviate from the rules if necessary for the program.
Additional Notes:
I may add new restricted items but cannot remove existing ones.
If I fail to adhere to the rules even once, the resolution is NO.
I will not bet on this market.

"At most," as I personally understand that phrase in this context, means that achieving 0 to 1 bullet point in the time frame is a success. Achieving 2 or more in the time frame is a miss.
This does not seem to be what the goal aught to be. Did you mean to say "at least"?
I am now a biased stakeholder of YES, so take what I say with a grain of salt, but I don't think traders would be too upset if you updated this wording. That being said, traders should speak up if they disagree with what I think.
@Quroe The goal is that I don't buy more than one single item or set of items (in the case of oranges), per bullet point, per week. If I don't buy any of them it's totally fine. The problem I'm trying to solve here is that I otherwise tend to, for example, buy a large net of oranges and eat them all in a day.
So the phrasing is correct, right? I'm not a native speaker btw.
