This could take the form of a mockup or reference design intended to be shown on one of the in-cabin displays. It does not require the steering wheel to be removed.

The market specifically asks for an "in-cabin display" -- you've shown an App. Hmm.
HOWEVER
It looks like there was a Tesla event in October 2024 where at least a dozen people were given test rides in a demo version of the car. I found a video here.
