This market will resolve to “Yes” if OpenAI officially releases a web browser (a standalone browser application, or a browser product branded as such) on or before October 31, 2025, 11:59 PM PT. Otherwise, it will resolve to “No”.

Clarifications

• A “browser” means software that enables general-purpose web navigation, similar to Chrome, Safari, or Edge.

• Browser-like integrations limited to existing apps (e.g., in-app webviews, plugins, or AI assistants embedded in third-party browsers) do not qualify.

• “Release” requires public availability for download or use in the U.S. (beta versions count if they are broadly available without special invite restrictions).

Resolution Source

• The primary resolution source will be OpenAI’s official announcements and product pages.

• Secondary confirmation may come from a consensus of reporting by credible technology news outlets.
