Resolution Criteria:
The market resolves “Yes” if the Democratic Party loses the popular vote in either California or New York in the 2028 U.S. Presidential Election, based on official state-certified results. If the Democrats win the popular vote in both states, the market resolves “No.”
Resolution Date & Time: November 2028, or once official results are certified, by 23:59 PST.
