Silbert allied with Chinese miners to seize control of the bitcoin protocol by blatantly sabotaging an American company. All the stuff you've seen on the news afterward, like the $1.1 billion promissory note and the Genesis bankruptcy? The fraudulent contract? The obstruction of justice and the fraud on the court? The Gemini Earn assignment contract? That all to cover up what he did to me.
And let's not get started with Michael Saylor and Microstrategy - why is he in the Digital Gold Logs (Exhibit Q?)
We have amended our complaint to seek $14 billion - the entire value of his empire, trebled. I intend to bankrupt DCG. And, once DCG goes bankrupt, we will then go after Jefferies (the bank), Vincent Falco, the Big Law firms, and the others. These people destroyed the lives of millions of people.
Silbert is not just a thief, he is a traitor. Nobody knew how bad it was before Friday.

BTW - I ran a medium scale ASIC and GPU mining-farm from 2016-2020 as well. Lost nearly 200 BTC and 10's of thousands ETH, ETC and other coins. I have no one to blame as it was my own stupidity - that I invested everything in building infra + purchasing the asic and GPUs.
After that loss - I went into a dark hole for couple of year. I can totally relate to how you feel and proud of you that you have the strength to fight back. Much respect!

I have had enough with Silbert, Jefferies, and all these organizations that think they can continue to abuse the court system. We are not settling this lawsuit.
The purpose of the lawsuit, as stated in the complaint, is to put a permanent end to Silbert's fraud. He can continue what he's doing if we agree to take $500 million and walk away - to these guys, that's the cost of doing business. He cannot commit more crimes against Americans if he is bankrupt. We will get a judgment for treble damages of PROHASHING's enterprise value, and at that point we can figure out how to use the money to actually do good in the world. Maybe I'll come back here and create markets to figure out how to distribute it.
This case isn't one of those that is built on "upon information and belief" statements. The math doesn't lie, and the Digital Gold Logs are a smoking gun. I expect that DCG, Silbert, Moro, and Falco will all declare bankruptcy once we get past the motion to dismiss.
We will take what steps are necessary to end the corruption in the Genesis bankruptcy proceeding. Class action lawyers will undoubtedly take care of the Gemini Earn victims.
DCG's Grayscale trusts contain money either directly traced to, or would not have existed without, PROHASHING, which means that regulators will likely seize them. Foundry USA will also likely be seized, either by us or by the government, and sold.
The law is that when "dirty" money is mixed with "clean" money, once we prove that DCG took any dirty money, it is up to the defendants to prove that account X had no dirty money in it. Otherwise, all of the mixed money is subject to forfeiture to the government.
When the media starts reporting on this and begins gaming this out, the implications on the BTC price will become clear. I'm not trading BTC on the markets, but I can trade fake money here.
@DannyqnOht I'm pretty sure this creator consistently uses 'by' to mean 'no later than'. Also the close time is at the end of March.
