@Abraxas @NicoDelon (because you asked through a different comment) so just to update, @pg 's email as well as the other graduates' emails were removed from the system (since they are leaving the high school). Many of the accounts were tethered to their school emails, and so therefore many of the accounts got deleted as well. I'm not sure if students can still access their accounts so long as they don't log out but my assumption is that @pg probably cannot access their account.
