For "Fable" read "a Mythos-class model by Anthropic".
If generally available in some countries, and available to limited users (e.g. researchers) in other countries, that counts.
If Anthropic officially makes it available in some countries, but there's an easy unofficial way for people in any country to access it, that does NOT count.
Update 2026-06-13 (PST) (AI summary of creator comment): The creator has announced this market will be resolved N/A due to poorly drafted criteria. The intended question was whether Fable would be available to nationals of some countries but not others, but the wording was ambiguous enough to warrant cancellation.
This might need some clarifying. Anthropic has a limited supported countries list for all their API and Claude.ai services: https://www.anthropic.com/supported-countries
Notable exclusions are Russia and Iran. Fable has thus already been generally available but not available in those countries this year.
I think this was probably not the intent of the market so it might be worth some adjustment or narrowing of the countries in scope for a YES resolution.
