Does not count existing loans prior to, or on April 30.
The total negative balance must sum to at least -10000 mana, excluding loan repayments for loans made prior to the April 30 changes. I will exclude payouts made as a result of sales of shares bought prior to the changes.
Things that would count: N/A backed p2p loans causing a user to massively lose mana
Defaulting under a new loan system that has lower default risk.
Defaulting on the new alternate currency that is convertible to mana
Market-breaking bug
Managramming to a negative amount
Things that would not count:
Major manadupe exploits
