Resolves YES upon criminal conviction of an executive or board member related to the failure of US banks in 2023. Potential charges include but are not limited to fraud, wire fraud, insider trading, and conspiracy. Resolves NO if no conviction is forthcoming five years after the collapse and bailout of SVB.
