Numbeo has created a quality of life index to track this metric for cities. In their latest stats (2023 Mid-Year) we see that all cites in the top 10 are from a country within the EEA (European Economic Area). This is quite a significant increase compared to older data; in 2016 only 1 of the top 10 cities was in a country of the current EEA.
This question will resolve YES if in the 2035 data at least 5 of the top 10 cities are in non-EEA countries. Otherwise it will resolve NO.
