Will non-EU cities catch up in terms of quality of life by 2035? [see description]

Numbeo has created a quality of life index to track this metric for cities. In their latest stats (2023 Mid-Year) we see that all cites in the top 10 are from a country within the EEA (European Economic Area). This is quite a significant increase compared to older data; in 2016 only 1 of the top 10 cities was in a country of the current EEA.

This question will resolve YES if in the 2035 data at least 5 of the top 10 cities are in non-EEA countries. Otherwise it will resolve NO.

How the hell is this being calculated, it has Singapore below Phoenix and San Francisco below Cape Town.

predicts NO

@ShakedKoplewitz there are quite a few factors included in the calculation of the index. You can search a specific city on the site to see in which factors they do good/bad. Singapore seems to do bad due to: high cost of living, very high property price to income ratio and high traffic commute time.
