I read the title and description. It doesn't say he has to speak or move or anything. It just says "appear". And you showed a screenshot of Stan Lee appearing in the movie.
In the absence of the market creator, I'll resolve this Yes, but there are some caveats like if MattyB comes back within a few days and says THIS IS ABSOLUTELY NOT WHAT I MEANT, I think he might be able to overturn it.

What counts as Stan Lee appearing? The page you linked lists for example these:
Stan Lee makes an appearance in Venom: Let There Be Carnage (2021) on a magazine that Venom straightens up.
On the set of Morbius (2022), Stan's catchphrase, "Excelsior", is referenced in graffiti as "XLsior!".
The first to me seems like it might count but I don't know about you, hence the question. Counting the second as an 'appearance' seems crazy to me.
