Apparently the count from October 23 to March 24 is 196 aid workers dead (unknown how many but most due as a result of air strikes). So unless they shift away from air strikes big time or we get a soon and lasting intermission in fighting, I don't see how this resolves no.

@JacobMalach as opposed to a Gazan one? Very likely the aid worker will have been foreign, as I’m unaware of any Gazan aid organizations, but that shouldn’t be prohibitive.

Does it count if they're an active combatant or do they have to be purely civilian?
