If they announce a one off string of dates in 2024, then dont perform at all in 2025, but also don’t rule out future shows, how does this resolve?

yes, if the two stay together functionally for their entire planned engagement, and don’t have a major falling out afterwards, that would Resolve YES.

The Jonas Brothers broke up, and then reformed. They’re not always making music now, but they’re still together.

What if they stay together for the planned engagement, which is planned to be less than a year?

Again, if they’re amicable, I’m going to consider the band together. This market is about their falling out / breaking up. In lieu of that, we can assume Oasis is still together.
