Germany needs to improve its power grid. The dutch company Tennet owns a good share of that and wants to sell its German part. Valuation currently somewhere above 20 billion euros. Apparently, they are close to a deal with the German government.
Resolves YES if a deal involving Tennet and Germany is finalized this year.
Resolves NO if Tennet sells its German assets without involving Germany's government or does not sell it by the end of 2024.
