In this market, the only condition that needs to be met is : are there riots in three or more states. the sentence "Trump is asking his supporters to protest his imminent arrest." Is just a description of the situation. It's not a condition that needs to be met.
@camelwrangler Just comment the market embed and hope people trade on it. Typically people will trade both as there is arb opportunity and it distributes the maker risk in case they disappear or resolve against expectations
