@Seanny123 the only people who care about this are not politically contested areas. Those would benefit from more capital in the market (existing property owners) are politically contested. Given the housing market is currently going down and probably will continue to for the next year, there might be a motivation to reverse this trend. I'm selling now because the probability feels too high to me.
