@MugaSofer I personally feel that it doesn’t, when I read “safety fiasco” I had imagined something where Boeing was the one at fault, and was making major headlines. Skimming a few related articles, most of them don’t even mention Boeing and put the fault on United Airlines for not making sure the wheel was on properly.
That being said, it’s ultimately up to the market creator to decide if it counts, just wanted to give my opinion
