For reference, if this market were to reach close without either resolution condition being met, I would consider the most reasonable resolution to be N/A.

Resolves YES if the volume bet exceeds M$42,069 before the volume bet on https://manifold.markets/GeorgeVii/this-market-will-have-traded-m25000 exceeds M$250,000.
