Context
In the wake of McCarthy's failure to secure election as Speaker on the first 3 ballots, some Republicans have talked about the threat of "coalition government" to "divide the House evenly between Republicans"
In the 2021 Senate, because the chamber was split 50/50 (with the VP as a tiebreaker in favor of the Democrats), there was a power-sharing agreement where committees were chaired by a Democrat but had a 50/50 split of Democrat and Republican members. Will this happen in the 2023 House?
Resolution

Resolution source will be https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_House_Committee_on_Appropriations, https://appropriations.house.gov/about, or reliable media reporting.
