Resolves YES if Nikki Haley announces that she is running for either President or Vice President in 2024 on the No Labels ticket. (Resolves NO when that becomes impossible. It doesn't matter if she announces and then suspends her run, that is still a YES.)

@DanMan314 So, No Labels has announced they are no longer running a candidate. Theoretically they could change their minds. We could wait until the filing deadlines in most states are past (August, see https://ballotpedia.org/Deadline_to_run_for_president,_2024).
