Pretty sure this didn't happen, will resolve in 1 day in case of corrections.

This would probably fall under money laundering rules, and become the target of scams. Combined with the many ways to get free Mana... seems like a terrible idea to me.

If it is allowed, but then removed by Sept 30th, that would still count, right?
