The final largest amount was 5,384 NO shares, held by GeorgeVii. Resolves to the lower bound of the market.

The reason it was so low is because we made a deal to settle our shares out of the market. At peak I held 80 something thousand NO shares. And it would have gone far higher if we hadn't made a deal.

Why did this close?

@Yev I was considering tweaking the market (which would have been fine no one else had bet on it), so I closed in meanwhile. I decided to just leave it as is though, so reopening now.
