Will I go to the gym 14 or more times during the next four weeks?

--

Resolves YES if I have gone to the gym 14 or more times between market open, or January 23rd, and market close, or February 20th.

Context

I am defining going to the gym as doing at least 5 difference exercises. I will consider a type of exertion an exercise if it meets all the following criteria:

  1. I do it at the gym

  2. It is not a form of cardio (i.e. elliptical, treadmill, bicycle machine)

  3. I do at least 3 sets with 8 or more repetitions. Exceptions are:

    1. Static exercises like planks, for which I will replace the 8 repetition requirement with 60 seconds or more of effort.

    2. I will count training until failure as a set, so long as I do at least 3 sets of the exercise

I have done a similar challenge earlier in January, so feel free to look at the description there if you wish:

I'll try to answer any questions I can in the comments below. I'll also be keeping a daily log below with info on what days I've worked out and what category of exercise I've done.
