Resolves to YES if the total number of seats in Sejm (the lower chamber) won by PiS and Nowa Lewica in the 2023 Polish parliamentary elections is at least 231 (corresponding to an absolute majority).
This is regardless of whether these two parties enter a coalition and will resolve once the final official results are published
