📄This market resolves YES if India reduces its monthly crude oil imports from Russia by 20% or more, compared to the average monthly import volume from January 1 to July 31, 2025, at any time before November 1, 2025.
Reduction must be reflected in official Indian trade data or confirmed by credible sources (e.g. Reuters, Bloomberg, Indian Ministry of Commerce).
Applies to total national imports (public and private sector combined).
A temporary dip of one month counts, as long as the drop is ≥20% compared to Jan–July average.
Does not resolve YES if the reduction is due to unrelated factors (e.g. shipping accident) unless politically/economically linked to sanctions or pressure.
Otherwise, resolves NO.
