Resolves to the percent of users that opt out of leagues, if we allow opting out, during the first and second league season when the feature is an option. The users considered in the analysis must place a bet during those seasons. If we don't implement this, resolves n/a.

I would like to see a version of this that predicts what will happen if there is an opt-in to leagues. I agree that relatively few users would use an opt-out. So this would continue what we see in a typical Bronze league - lots of inactive users, not much sense of competition or community. I think with an opt-in and a token entry fee we might reduce this ghost town effect.

It might help to run Bronze on a weekly or bi-weekly schedule, promoting people who are active in those leagues into a higher league that has other active users.
