Resolves YES, if by May 1, someone under US jurisdiction dies as a direct result of intentional political violence (civil unrest, rioting, coup attempt, terrorism, assassination, unconstitutional supression of protests...), although the perpetrator doesn't have to intend to cause death. The violence needs to be politically motivated (e.g. expression of political dissatisfaction; attempt to change policy or leadership...).
Violence ultimately directed at the US as a whole doesn't count (e.g. violence caused by foreign state actors or indiscriminate Islamic terrorism), riots against capitalism do. Suicides and accidents (e.g. heart attacks, traffic accidents) also don't count.
