This market resolves YES if an ICE agent fatally shoots a U.S. citizen or a U.S. citizen dies in ICE custody by April 30, 2026. Resolution will be based on official reports from ICE, the Department of Homeland Security, medical examiners, or credible news sources documenting the death of a U.S. citizen caused by or occurring during ICE operations or detention. Deaths must be confirmed as involving a U.S. citizen.

Only deaths that occur after the market creation date count.
