Resolves YES if Sepp Kuss participates in a UCI road race for Team Jumbo-Visma during 2024.
Resolves NO if he does not particpate in any UCI road races in 2024, and also resolves NO as soon as he participates in a UCI road race for another team after transfering teams (even in the very unlikely scenario that he would return later to Jumbo-Visma for another race).
If the team changes its name, I will still resolve with the 2023 team name. Similarly, if Team Jumbo-Visma merges with another team, for example if Kuss remains in the merged team (and races for it), it resolves YES.

Seen scattered stuff on this. Some rumors Sepp could have solo GC shot at the Giro next year. Probably depends on how much it suits him, particularly ITTs. But plenty of other outlets have suggested, as Velo recently did, "Kuss’ value will have gone through the roof with this victory at the Vuelta and Jumbo-Visma will have a fight on its hands to keep him." No substantiated rumors yet, just suppositions.
@JCE I heard an interview in Spanish today and Kuss was saying that he didn't enjoy the pressure of being the leader and that he likes more a role as superdomestique: https://youtu.be/ap38BQMf5TI?si=QJFbHiN6T3L7QWAq
I think it also depends a lot of Roglic leaves and then Jumbo needs someone to go the Giro as #1
So, in addition to all the drama, there's really the fact that when in it comes to GC, Sepp is arguably #4 in the world after Jonas, Tadej, and Primoz. And that's worth a lot of money that it's not clear Sepp is getting. There's really not much down side in leaving, and on the up side he may be more free to ride GC and take stage wins.
@Eliza Bahrein doesn't have a real leader and they have plenty of cash, although I would prefer Roglic to Bahrein, Remco to Ineos and Kuss to Lidl
