Resolves YES if the provisional life expectancy at birth estimate for the Hispanic population in 2022 is strictly larger than that for the non-Hispanic White population as reported by the National Vital Statistics System.
For reference the provisional life expectancy for 2021 were 77.7 and 76.4 years for the Hispanic population and non-Hispanic White population, respectively (https://www.cdc.gov/nchs/data/vsrr/vsrr023.pdf).
