This question resolves yes if the Manifold Market website goes down for one full hour, consecutively in 2023. Whether due to maintenance, ddos, security incident, or other.
My definition of down time for this market will be any reason I am unable to go to
Sign in, and place a bet.
For instance if due to maintenance all users where unable to bet for 1 hour, this market would resolve yes.
