Resolves YES if the next Astra model (6.1 or 6.2 or whatever they call it) is released before the next Fable model (5.5 or whatever they call it). NO if Fable is released first.
If they are announced on the same day, I will try to compare the timestamp of the announcements. If there is a tie down to a few minutes granularity, I may resolve 50%.
If neither model is released before EOY for some reason, resolves N/A.
